With its training centers, DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH ensures high-quality vocational training, advanced training and professional development in the fields of track, railroad operations, and electromechanical engineering.
Guided by the highest requirements when it comes to quality, our training instructors continually undergo technical and teaching-based further training. As part of the progressive digitalization of the construction industry, as well as the implementation of Industry 4.0, we use the latest technology and teaching methodology in our training centers. In collaboration with DB Training, all programs can also be taken up by other DB companies and also private companies.
With the “Digital Learning” team, we create individual, digital learning media, such as educational films and games, as well as tools for rail construction. We are also happy to develop tailored courses for you. Depending on the subject, we can provide our training courses in-house or also as an e-learning option.
