Innovative as-built surveying and video recording using drone technology

In today's construction planning, precise as-built surveys and the visualization of the data obtained are crucial for the success of projects.

With a focus on the advancing use of Building Information Modeling (BIM), we offer innovative as-built surveys and visualizations by drone.

Thanks to state-of-the-art drone technology, we can create precise 3D point cloud models. This involves taking high-resolution images, which are processed into detailed models using specialized software.

These models support both complex analyses and visualizations and are accessible via an intuitive web application.

We also offer high-resolution video recordings by drone on request.

To ensure legally compliant and safe operations, drone operations are organized centrally within the Deutsche Bahn AG. Therefore, we have set up a competence center within the DB Bahnbau Gruppe, which coordinates approvals and flight planning with the Deutsche Bahn AG. This enables drone operations to be managed efficiently and 3D point cloud models and video recordings to be provided quickly.
