How does the graduate trainee program work?

In a 12-month entry program tailored to the needs of the graduate trainee, you work in a wide range of areas at DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH and the DB Group in order to gain the best possible preparation for the role you are aiming for later on. The focus is above all on getting to know your future colleagues and adjacent departments, as well as their working methods, and of course the processes within the company.

These different work stations are accompanied by different technical and supportive seminars, for example, in project management.

The attractive program is rounded off by regular feedback meetings, as well as having a former trainee to hand as a mentor.
