Your role:

  • As a technician, you will install and repair components in the overhead line equipment.
  • You will be equipped with state-of-the-art devices, measurement instruments, and vehicles, so you can perform your work to perfection.

Your profile:

  • You have completed your vocational training as an overhead line installer or in a similar metalworking or fitting role.
  • You are aware of safety as we work next to running trains and with electric voltages of up to 15 kV.
  • You like working outside, as well as at heights and are happy to work in shifts (working nights, weekends, and public holidays) in an installation role across Germany.
  • You have a class B (class 3) driving license.

Your role:

  • Together with your colleagues, you set up lighting, power supply, switch heating, and train pre-heating systems, as well as tunnel safety lighting.
  • Your area of responsibility includes installation, maintenance, and repair work on power supply systems.
  • You will carry out the installation work in the range of low and medium-voltage systems up to max. 50 kV.

Your profile:

  • You have completed vocational training in an electro-technical occupation.
  • You have professional experience in setting up electro-technical systems.

Your role:

  • As a permanent-way worker and welder you help with the construction and maintenance of the rail network and track systems on construction sites across Germany.
  • You will perform inspection, maintenance, and repair work on track systems independently.
  • As a master or technician for tracks/permanent way/civil and underground engineering you are also involved in the design and cost-effective implementation of these.

Your role:

  • Your work will focus on the safe and correct operation of a road-rail excavator during track and civil and underground engineering work.
  • This includes different shaft, transport, shifting and backfilling tasks in and on the track bed.
  • You will perform brake tests, car inspections, track closure and switching maneuvers, and work closely with other disciplines such as track construction, civil and underground engineering, and overhead line construction.

Your profile:

  • You have completed your vocational training and are qualified to operate road-rail vehicles. You are also an authorized brake test engineer and freight car examiner, or are happy to gain these qualifications.

Your role:

  • The focal areas of your work include qualified carpentry, concrete construction, formwork and masonry work – depending on your focus in civil and underground engineering or bridge building.
  • For you, reading, interpreting, and realizing formwork and reinforcement plans, as well as reading drawings, is a matter of course.
  • As an overseer/foreperson in bridge building or civil and underground engineering, you are independently responsible for skilled worker activities with the professional guidance and management of a construction gang.

  • You have successfully completed your vocational training as a reinforced concrete or concrete worker, bricklayer, civil and underground engineering worker, or building construction worker.
  • You are a team player, can work responsibly, and are resilient, even under time pressure.

You are happy to work across Germany on changing construction sites, also at different times if required (shift work and weekends).

Your role:

  • As a design engineer, you independently design measures within your subject area (e.g. structural engineering, civil and underground engineering, trackwork).
  • You draw up draft and construction drawings for which you obtain the technical approvals/permits.
  • As the project officer, you coordinate the engineering services required for design, along with other subcontractor services, as well as invoicing.
  • Furthermore, you work on project acquisition, the creation of bids and costing, and create quotations and tender documents independently.

Your profile:

  • The basis of your success is a successfully completed degree with a focus on construction engineering or a qualification as a state-certified technician/master in the relevant subject.
  • Ideally, you stand out with practical experience in rail operations.
  • You are very familiar with the relevant regulations of the subject area.

Your role:

  • You calculate and check our bids by creating in-depth cost planning for all the services required for our complex large-scale infrastructure projects. You also sometimes support these in the execution phase.
  • Your scope of duties includes bids in trackwork, civil and underground engineering, construction engineering or rail-based electromechanical engineering for construction projects in Germany and other countries.
  • You will reconcile your bid costing with internal and external partners, for example construction managers from different disciplines/across companies; you will work closely with process planning in particular.
  • As a planning engineer, you use your experience to plan the concrete realization of the calculated (sub)projects.

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed your degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering – or alternatively you are a state-certified technician or master in the relevant area.
  • Ideally you are familiar with construction sites from your own experience and would now like to use your knowledge in internal support.
