A special area within the bridge workshops is the production and installation of signal brackets and signal bridges. Here, we have all of the requisite qualifications and certificates. In conjunction with our high performance, we are a reliable full service provider – from the design, to the internal steelwork production, right up to the installation of the system.

  • Everything from a single source – from the foundations and installation, right up to the complete electromechanical engineering.
  • Professional consulting and support when it comes to planning the effects on rail operations. 
  • The signal cages can be delivered completely equipped and with cables to the construction site.

Technology

  • Welded structures in accordance with DIN EN 1090-1 and 2

Materials

  • S235J2+N; S355J2+N, and S355N in accordance with EN 10025-2 and 3 
  • Bolted connections, bolt grade 5.6 - 10.9 

Production

  • Production of the structure compatible with galvanizing in accordance with DIN EN 1090-2 and DBS 918005 

Corrosion control

  • Hot-dip galvanizing in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461 and DAST 022 
  • Coating in accordance with ZTV-ING (Additional technical terms of contract and guidelines for engineering structures) Part 4.3
