Using modern methods and intelligent technologies, optimum conditions are created and innovative processes are supported through to completion. Numerous initiatives have already been promoted, realized and brought to maturity through this approach - and more will follow.

Göffel

Point heaters are attached to the rail base with clamps. To dismantle the point heater, these clamps must be removed and refitted. However, for a long time there was no suitable tool to carry out this work step quickly. The "Göffel" is a suitable tool that now facilitates the work process in an efficient and uncomplicated way.

ToolBox

The “Toolbox” is an online platform for digital track construction apps in the categories of work, knowledge, learning, playing and testing. The apps offer trainees, skilled workers, master craftsmen and site managers work aids and information on all aspects of track construction and motivate them to learn. Costs are saved, errors are minimized and the improper use of work equipment is prevented. The platform is multilingual and can be individually adapted and expanded.

Multisensor Platform

The 360° Multisensor Platform offers a solution for obtaining data for 3D models without affecting rail operations. The platform enables the efficient recording of track sections and provides extensive data for visualizing the existing situation and planning detailed measures. The measurement data provides a precise basis for 3D modeling of the existing structure and is the surveying basis for BIM projects.
